I’m back with my #SHRM23 schedule! I’m so excited to be back in Las Vegas for the annual conference (: It’s my favorite place to have it! This will be my third annual conference in Las Vegas, so I feel like I know the conference center and flow really well. Let me know if you have any questions! This year is going to be a blast – I’m so excited for all of the sessions and meet ups.
I’m publishing my schedule again this year so if you’re attending any of these on-site please let me know so we can get together for a SHRM Selfie! Just connect with me on LinkedIn ahead of the conference and send me a connection request note, so we’re able to message and meet up while at the conference center! I’ll be wearing the same black and white Vera Bradley back pack as I have in years past, so it’ll be easy to find me. I’ll also have purple hair!

Sunday, June 11th (Registration and SHRM store open 7 AM to 7 PM)
- 12:30 PM – I’m co-presenting conference orientation with SHRM staff again – so excited! Come learn how to make get the most of your conference experience over the next 4 days. This is the perfect opportunity to get the networking started, make friends, and get a clearer picture of what to expect.
- 2:00 PM – The Road Ahead: The Intersection of Artificial Intelligence & Workplace Policy – AI has continued to impact my life personally and professionally over the past year so I’m really excited to learn what’s to come and how AI is impacting our work in HR!
- 3:30 PM – Opening General Session with Zig Serafin – Looking Back, Leading Forward: Building a Destination Workplace from Managing People to Managing Opportunity and Why Experienced Employers Listen and Act at Scale
- 4:30 PM – Expo hall opening and reception! A great opportunity to feel all of the excitement, hustle and bustle from the expo floor. Meet with all of the amazing vendors and service providers, get the best merch, and get snacks/a cocktail!
